By creating an account or accessing JobCanvas.ai ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

JobCanvas.ai is a career management platform that uses Artificial Intelligence to help users track job applications, tailor resumes, and prepare for interviews. We offer both free and paid subscription plans ("Pro", "Power").

• We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service.
• We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.

3. Artificial Intelligence Disclaimer

Our Service utilizes large language models (LLMs) provided by third parties (e.g., Google) to generate content. You acknowledge that:

• Accuracy: AI may produce incorrect or "hallucinated" information. You are solely responsible for reviewing all generated content (resumes, cover letters) for accuracy before use.
• Ownership: As between you and JobCanvas.ai, you own the inputs you provide and the outputs generated for your account, subject to these Terms.
• No Guarantee: We do not guarantee that using our Service will result in a job interview or offer.

4. User Conduct & Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Service. Prohibited actions include:

• Reverse engineering or attempting to extract source code from the Service.
• Using the Service to generate harmful, fraudulent, or illegal content.
• Automating access to the Service (e.g., bots, scrapers) without our permission.
• Sharing your account credentials with others.

5. Subscriptions & Payments

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time; however, there are no refunds for partial months of service. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice to current subscribers.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, JobCanvas.ai shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
